At Oasis Properties we aim to make the process of booking your holiday as easy as possible.

STAGES OF BOOKING AND TERMS/CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

STEP 1

Choose your preferred accommodation by visiting the “Rentals Available” page o­n our website.

STEP 2

Email us o­n info@oasispropertiesaguilas.com with your required dates and the number of persons in your party. We will double check the availability of the accommodation and also the rental price with the owner and reply to you (usually within 24 hours).

At Oasis Properties we advertise our rental prices per week with 'from and to' prices. The lowest price is usually for January and the highest for August. Please ask for a confirmed price for the dates you require.

Discounts are available for longer periods and also some properties may be available for 'long term' lets of up to 6 months or longer, particularly over the winter period.

These figures are intended to be guidelines as many of our owners are flexible, dependant upon the time of year, how busy bookings are and the number of people occupying the accommodation i.e. if o­nly 2 adults wish to occupy a 3 bed roomed apartment as the location is preferable to that of a smaller apartment o­n offer, the particular owner may consider a lower rental price than usually achieved for a larger party, rather than lose the booking.

Most of our owners are very flexible o­n start/end dates for bookings as well as arrival/leaving times, however  we do not receive clients between the hours of 24:00 and 08:00. If flights are delayed through no fault of the client we can arrange a 'meet and greet' outside of these hours but a surcharge will be payable o­n arrival.

Please do not book your flights until we have confirmed availability of the chosen accommodation.


STEP 3

 Once availability and price have been confirmed to you, in order to proceed you must complete the booking form o­n the "Booking Form" page and following the instructions o­n the booking form i.e. a 20% deposit (method of payment to be agreed at time of booking) to be paid to Oasis Properties Aguilas, S.L. The accommodation will be held for you for a period not exceeding 7 days to enable payment to be received. The outstanding amount is payable in cash o­n arrival. A DAMAGE DEPOSIT is also payable o­n arrival; 100€ for periods less than 7 nights and 200€ for periods of 7 nights or more. This is held against damages to the property or its contents, and will be returned less any deductions within a period of 5 days following the date you vacate the property, or if you leave during normal working hours can be returned in cash at your exit. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMPLETION OF OUR BOOKING FORM AND PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT IS DEEMED AS CONFIRMATION THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS o­n THIS PAGE.

STEP 4

We will confirm receipt of your payment by email (or telephone if you do not have email facility).


Accommodation

We aim to describe all our accommodation as accurately as possible o­n our website. If you are uncertain that the accommodation is suitable for your needs or if you have a disability or special requirement please contact us for further information. Some apartments state “ground floor” but may still have some steps.

Some apartments may have balconies, roof terraces and/or spiral staircases and we remind you that it is your responsibility to be wary of safety for young children.

Not all swimming pools have specifically designated “shallow ends” or “children’s pools” and most are not heated. Some swimming pools may not be open all year.

Please ask for confirmation of this when booking. Oasis Properties Aguilas SL cannot be held liable for instances where the pool becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. closure due to breakdown/maintenance.

Underground parking is common in this area, and where accommodation has this facility you will be provided with an electronic key to operate the main garage doors. These areas are well lit and will usually have lifts or stairs. n.b. you may be asked for an extra security deposit to cover these special keys as they are expensive to replace if lost.

At Oasis Properties we can not o­nly book accommodation for you, but also offer the following services;

  • Welcome Packs – if you are arriving late in the day it is quite likely that the local shops will have closed by the time you get here so we can offer a choice of welcome packs, designed to start your holiday off o­n the right footing. At the very least they will enable you to have a cup of tea or coffee, a cold drink and even breakfast the next morning. The pack is delivered to your accommodation before you arrive and is to be paid for when booking your holiday. If after booking you later decide to have a Welcome Pack this can be booked up to 7 days before you arrive, and paid for in cash when you arrive.
    There are 2 types of pack offered:

Pack 2 - 20€ -  As pack 1 +

    Red wine
    Bread
    Margarine
    Marmalade /Jam

  • Car Hire – We have agreements with local car hire companies and can book your car for you, to be paid for upon collection at the airport. Please ensure that any prospective drivers have their full UK driving licence with them. You will also need a credit card when paying for the car. If you have any specific requirements i.e. baby seats please let us know at the time of booking. Please do not be tempted to hire a car smaller than you really need. If you overload a car and have an accident the insurance may prove invalid.

    Please visit our 'Car Hire' page for details of available vehicles. Email us your preferred vehicle Group, hire dates, and collection point and we will email you a quote. Please note we are happy to arrange car hire for you whether you book our accommodation or not.

  • Area Information – We at Oasis Properties will provide you with an information pack when you arrive which gives you local maps and information o­n taxis, restaurants etc in the area. It also contains directions to the nearest supermarkets, beaches and local markets.

  • Emergency Assistance or General Advice – we will provide you with our mobile telephone number so that you can contact us if you have any problems/queries during your stay.
